Kiri Park Project

The Kiri Park Project is operated as a Managed Investment Scheme registered with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (“ASIC”). The Scheme has been issued with Australian Registered Scheme Number (“ARSN”): 091 158 897.

The Scheme was registered on 8th February 2000 and commenced planting trees on behalf of Growers (Investors) during the 2000 planting season.

Each investor in the Scheme is known as a Grower, and has entered into an Agreement with the Responsible Entity and the Plantation Manager to establish, maintain, manage and harvest a separately identifiable Woodlot(s) on the Grower’s behalf.

The Kiri Park Project has 739 Woodlots which have been issued and allotted to 317 Growers.
